Application Procedure

1) All students applying to WCA must complete a 90-minute on-site entrance exam, offered one Saturday each month. The exam consists of ITBS Form E Reading Part 1 and Mathematics Part 1. The cost is $50 per student and must be received before the test can be administered. Parents must wait for their child on-site during the test or sign the student visitor waiver and leave a photocopy of their driver’s license.

2) Please submit the completed 2018-2019 Application for Admission. This includes the following required items:

• Medical information
• Last year’s report cards, standardized test scores, and IEP/504 Plan (if applicable)
• Principal/Counselor Recommendation Form

Acceptance Policy

In order to ensure that we can serve your child’s educational needs, we carefully review the student’s application form, ITBS test results, and principal/counselor recommendation form. This is a process that takes approximately two weeks. If we feel that we can help your child accelerate academically, grow in character, and enjoy a safe and exciting experience at Wellington Collegiate Academy, we will contact you to schedule an interview.
