Educational Trip: 

At WCA, we refer to field trips as Educational Trips. This trip will be on December 10 at the Morikami Museum and Japanese Garden, for our third to eighth graders. Students will engage in a STEM program and a guided tour. Upon completion, students will write a 200-word graded essay reflecting on their experience. 

For the safety of our students, we will charter a bus for safe transportation to and from our campus. Students will leave the campus at 9 am and return by 2 pm. 

The cost is $23 per student

Please Zelle or drop off the payment at our front office. Students should wear their WCA Spirit Shirt. We will provide a snack, but please ensure your child has their packed lunch in a disposable container (Ziplock bag—NO lunchbox).

December 19th, 6:00 PM - 7:30 PM WCA Christmas Party. Join us for our students’ final performance of the year and celebrate the holiday season together.

Our 2025-2026 academic school year begins on January 7th, 2025. We look forward to welcoming our students back to campus at 8:00 AM (Doors open at 7:45 AM)

Over the break, we encourage our students to review IXL located on our school Family Portal for both Math and ELA to stay sharp and prepared for the new year.
